Obituary

Wilma Kaul, age 92, passed away surrounded by her family at the Sublette Center on January 5, 2016. She was born in American Falls, Idaho October 5, 1923, to Lloyd and Lydia Farwell. She grew up in Bondurant, Wyoming and graduated from Pinedale High School in 1941. Wilma served in the U. S. Navy W.A.V.E.S. during World War II. She and Jeff were married in Pinedale in 1946 where they raised their three children. She was an active member of the Episcopal Church, a life-long member of the Eastern Star, American Legion Auxiliary, and the VFW Auxiliary. After retirement, she and Jeff traveled the U.S., Canada and Mexico in their travel trailers. Wilma loved to spend time with her family, oil paint, knit, crochet, listen to and play music, pitch horseshoes and dance. She was preceded in death by her dear husband, Jeff, her parents and her brother, Ed Farwell. She is survived by her children Ila (Mike) Ervin, Alana (Charles) Kulp, and Alan (Peggy) Kaul, four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, her brother Buzz Farwell and sister Swede McAlister, and many nieces and nephews. Donations can be made to the Sublette Center, Eastern Star, or VFW, or to a charity of your choice. A memorial funeral service will be held Saturday January 9th at 2:00 P.M. at Covill Funeral Home in Pinedale. Family and friends will gather at the Pinedale Masonic Hall for a celebration of life following the services. Graveside services in the Pinedale Cemetery will be held in May.
