Charles Randolph Stough was born on January 30, 1962 in Midland, Texas to Charles and Dora Stough. He grew up in Midland and graduated from Midland High School. After high school, Charles attended Texas Tech University and The University of Texas at Arlington. He graduated college with a degree in Accounting in 1991.In 1988, Charles married Chandra Lynette Johns. Charles and Chandra moved to Wyoming in 1991. They have two children, William Thomas Stough born in 1996; and Claire Elise Stough born in 1999. The family moved to Pinedale in 2006. Charles was an avid reader and enjoyed hunting, and spending time with family and friends. He was a member of Pinedale Bible Church and regularly attended Men's Prayer Breakfast at the Wrangler Café most Friday mornings. He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Stough and mother, Dora Stough. He is survived by his wife, Chandra Stough; son, Will Stough; and daughter, Claire Stough.
Funeral services for Charles will be held Tuesday, March 15th, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Pinedale Bible Church. Burial will follow at the Pinedale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, gifts may be given to the family's educational fund at P.O. Box 466, Pinedale, WY 82941.
